The Member Portal is Password protected and uses your own personal password* (not the same as the Online Directory password). The login screen looks like this:
The password is unique to you so that your information is not accessible to other members. To create your own personal password enter your email address* then click “Forgot password?”. You can then fill in your email address and click “Send reset email” to have a password reset email sent to you. This password will be known only to you. If you have any problems or questions send a message to email@example.com
* The email address used for the Member Portal is the one associated with your church records. If you are unsure of what that may be, look up your family information in the Online Directory. If none is listed, send an invitation request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the Profile area you can view and edit your Family or Individual’s Profile. This is where you can Upload Family or Individual photos that will be displayed in the Online Directory.
Selecting ‘Edit’ in each area will allow you to change, add or remove that information. Checking the ‘Not listed’ box when Editing will keep it that information hidden in the Online Directory but still be in your church record.
