Choir News
Adult Choir
There
will be no Thursday night rehearsals for adult choir this year. The
adult choir will continue to rehearse at 9am upstairs (or immediately
following the 8am service) and we
will also be doing brief rehearsals following the 10am service on
Sunday mornings as well. We are always looking for singers to join our
group. If you have any questions regarding choir, please contact Ashley
at 455- 6768.

If You Like to Sing - Join Our Choir!

Choir Member Positions: Soprano, alto, tenor and bass.

Physical Qualifications:
Must be able to hold hymn and anthem books and carry light musical
notes part-way across the sanctuary - must have sufficient vision to
see the director 10-12 feet away.

Experience:
No applications will be accepted from persons who have not sung, hummed
or whistled in the car, the bathtub or shower at some time in their
life There are NO auditions!!

Beginning Wage: NONE - but there is increased satisfaction and joy in the service of God.

Fringe Benefits: Social security - we can only promise you the security of social fellowship with other choir members.

Hours: Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM. There is an occasional opportunity for overtime.

Retirement:
Self-determined by printed notes getting too small, robe being too
heavy, notes too high, sanctuary too hot or too cold, or the
accompanist not being able to play the notes you sing. We are an equal
opportunity employer!

Adult Bells and Children’s Choir have been discontinued due to funding issues.
Special Music Our
congregation is blessed to have a great range of talent and whether it
be singing, playing an instrument or even dancing- all are welcomed and
encouraged from church goers of all ages! The special music sign up
board is located in the Fellowship Hall. If you have questions, please
